Through the MERIT500 database, we usually map the most important companies in Sweden, IOW, all listed companies, all large unlisted companies, and all companies owned by PE / VC. However, it is not the companies that are our focus, but the people who sit in these companies' positions of power (Board and Management team). Most of these people are well known in Swedish business, and we call them MERIT500 Executives.

Our new method focuses on all Swedish companies that have more than 10 million in turnover and at least 10 employees, just over 40,000 companies, and if any of these companies have a MERIT500 Executive on their board or as a CEO. We call these companies: "Upcoming companies".
